"Larry Wirtz was an excellent presenter. His assembly was fun and educational. He kept difficult students interested. His presentation fit perfectly with what the students were learning already in science which helped further in their understanding.

During the workshops Larry Wirtz did after the assembly, he answered the students questions. We also had teachers asking him science questions which he answered as well.

It is difficult to schedule an assembly without having seen the presenter. We got lucky when we booked Larry Wirtz - he was fantastic!"

"Both staff and students raved about the presentation. I had the joy of talking with students as they exited the gym after the presentation. I could immediately see the excitement on all the students' (and staffs') faces. Students' comments included:

• 'It rocked!'
• 'It was two thumbs up (and some toes)!'
• 'It was awesome!'
• 'He was very funny!'
• 'It was a lot of fun!'
• 'I want to learn how to do some of the tricks that he did.'

While I was present for the beginning of the presentation, another obligation caused me to miss the remainder. The reactions of staff and the students made me regret that I had to leave. THe portion of the presentation that I did see is encapsulated by the students' words: It did indeed rock! (a nice science word).

"Mr. Larry Wirtz presented assemblies on science to our student body. Mr. Wirtz did a great job of entertaining the students and teaching principles of science at the same time. The assemblies consisted of demonstrations based of scientific principles that held the students' attention.

Later in the day, Mr. Wirtz did group sessions with approximately 45 students in each group. These sessions were also entertaining and definitely educational.

I highly recommend Mr. Wirtz for student programs."

"Follow the Leader is an excellent, moving presentation about bullying. Mr. Wirtz challenged the students to accept themselves, believe in themselves, challenge themselves and CARE enough to stand up against the bully.

"The assembly was wonderful. It was very informative and Mr. Wirtz held the audience of 200 first and second graders captive for over 30 minutes. He encouraged audience participation and talked very easily to both the children and adults. The combination of magic, laughter, and serious information got the students informed as well as entertained.
